HOW TO USE
- Soak chasen in hot water for 30 seconds to soften bristles
- Whisk matcha with hot water by rapidly moving chasen in an M or W shape until a light, even froth appears

- Always soak before using
- Do not press down too forcefully when you whisk
- Clean by gently whisking in a bowl of fresh warm water or by
running under a gentle stream of hot water
